Our application process is extensive and for good reason - we won't just take on anyone to fill a room. Our culture is important to us and we want to preserve that. We aren't looking for top scholars and deep essays, we are looking for the right attitude and those who share our values.
We do not subscribe to the 'hustle the clients for all they're worth' mentality but we also are very against giving it all away for free against your will. There's a fine line between it all and we are looking for team members who can tread it with aplomb.
Our goal is to help you make money while preserving our sanity! What that means is we will bend over backwards to help you where we can but we will not tolerate diva demands, tantrums, gossip or meltdowns. Your private life is your own and we want to stay right out of it. This is a professional relationship where everyone should flourish comfortably and happily.

Our team of sensual massage therapists are exceptionally experienced and skilled and endevour to deliver on their promise of providing an uplifting experience to each and every individual that walks through our doors.
Commitment to privacy is combined with an ingrained passion for aesthetics, a love of sensuality and freedom allows masseuses to express themselves in a warm and modern setting while making a living at the same time.
While we do not have a ramp into our premises, the steps are relatively few in number and we have a disability approved wet room with shower facilities, shower chair and rail, and toilet.

Client Complaint Handling
From the moment your clients enter Alias Studios until the moment they leave, our reception team will provide outstanding customer service.
However, due to each masseuse practicing different booking approaches and methods, we leave it to you to deal with complaints, suggestions and debt collection for extras etc.
PR Management
We will always help you put your best foot forward and are happy to advise you informally on handling issues however we are not responsible for managing public perception, particularly during crises or negative events.
Additionally, fostering credibility with audiences through transparent communication is important to our brand and reputation and you will be expected to uphold that standard.
